Abstract

This paper looks at the Learning Resource Centre (LRC) which is located at the heart of the Academic Centre of the Indian School of Business and its activities are aligned to the vision and mission of the School. The LRC is designed to meet the information needs of the ISB Community - its students, academics and researchers. The LRC enables access to various information resources, besides providing innovative, responsive and effective services to keep the academic community abreast of the latest developments in business and management. The focal point of LRC services is truly its customers and they are the partner in our resource development activities and the services rendered at LRC are basically customized to fulfill their needs.
