This chapter features a Morphological Analysis of literature on Lean Six Sigma (LSS) for services. Morphological analysis being a Systems Thinking technique, helps in classifying and integrating the literature of LSS for services into a framework, which is easy to understand. This chapter reveals 355 research gaps as a resource for scholars working in this area. It also provides an integrated system of knowledge encompassing several dimensions to present a holistic picture of LSS to the practitioners.
