Abstract
Right out of grad school, Lucy was hired to lead an operations team at a service-sector company. Throughout her education, she had studied new technologies and was tasked with maintaining day-to-day processes and improving outdated processes and systems. With her strong background in artificial intelligence (AI) and other digital technologies, she had the knowledge to succeed.
