What are the core elements of a strategic planning system for small enterprises? Does it range from understanding of the environment to preparation of detailed written plans?Based on available literature and a study of 117 small firms in Ahmedabad, this article by K Ramachandran focuses on this topic and discusses the nature of strategic planning that may be appropriate for small firms.
